Dream It, Win It, Go! Campaign

Terms and Conditions

1. Dream It, Win It, Go! Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Liberty General Insurance Berhad (“LGIB”) (Registration No. 197801007153 (44191-P)).

2. The Customer shall read and understand these Terms and Conditions before participating.

  

Campaign Period

3. The Campaign shall run from 1st December 2025 to 28th February 2026 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise.

4. LGIB reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

  

Eligibility

5. The Campaign is open to all new and existing customers (“the Participants”) who purchase any of the selected Travel Insurance Products as per Clause 7 below from LGIB or through any of LGIB’s authorised intermediaries including AmBank and UOB Bank branches or authorised dealerships.

6. This Campaign applies to new and/or renewal policies under Liberty, Kurnia and AmAssurance brands, provided that the Travel Insurance Plan (“Travel Insurance Products”) are underwritten by LGIB and the insurance premium of which is fully paid for the said policies during the Campaign Period.

7. Qualifying Travel Insurance Products, subject to a minimum premium of RM80 per policy are:

  • Kurnia Care Travel Insurance
  • Kurnia Travel Supreme
  • Travel Star Insurance Plan
  • Traveller’s Insurance Accident
  • Traveller’s Personal Accident >
  • UOB Travellers Insurance Plus

8. This campaign is not open to:

  • Any LGIB employees
  • Group Policies or any travel agencies purchasing on behalf of their customers

9. Any policy issued after the Campaign Period has ended is not eligible for the entry.

  

Participation in Facebook or Instagram Campaign Post

10. The Participants who have purchased and/or renewed any of the selected Travel Insurance Products during the Campaign Period are eligible to take part in this Campaign.

11. Each purchase of a policy counts as one (1) entry, regardless of the number of individuals insured under the said policy.

12. The Participants must fulfill and complete the following steps and requirements:

Step 1: Renew and/or purchase any of the selected Travel Insurance Products during the Campaign Period.

Step 2: Follow and Like the official Liberty Insurance Malaysia and Kurnia Insurans Facebook and Instagram pages.

Step 3: Comment under the dedicated Facebook or Instagram Campaign post with the following:

  • A caption (maximum 50 words) sharing your dream vacation within Southeast Asia and why it is meaningful to you;
  • Tag 3 friends you would love to travel with;
  • Include the official Campaign hashtag #DreamItWinItGo #MyDreamHoliday

  

Monthly Consolation Prizes and Grand Prizes

13. Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

  1. Creativity and originality of the caption;
  2. Compliance with all Campaign mechanics (verified policy purchase, tagging, hashtags, following official pages).

14. All eligible entries will be evaluated by a judging panel appointed by LGIB. The judges’ decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

15. Shortlisted winners will be receiving direct message via Facebook or Instagram contact information provided during the Campaign submission, for verification purposes.

16. In the event that the shortlisted winners fail to respond within seven (7) working days and/or failure to verify the shortlisted winner, LGIB reserves the right to replace shortlisted winner by shortlisting the next winner from the pool of total eligible entries using the same process stated herein. LGIB shall not be held liable whatsoever in the event the shortlisted winner is not reachable for whatever reasons.

17. LGIB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant whose entries:

  1. Does not comply with the Campaign theme or submission requirements; or
  2. Contains offensive, obscene, unlawful or inappropriate content, including but not limited to political or religious elements.

18. LGIB shall not be obliged to provide any explanation, justification, or notification regarding the disqualification.

19. The confirmed winners will be announced and published on the official Liberty Insurance Malaysia and Kurnia Insurans Facebook and Instagram pages.

20. The prizes for the Campaign are as follows:

21. LGIB reserves the right, as deemed fit, to substitute the prizes with another prize of similar value. All confirmed winners are not allowed to exchange the prizes for cash or credit or kind whether in part or full.

22. The prizes are non-transferable to any other party or parties and is not exchangeable for other prizes, cash, or reward of similar value or any other alternatives under any circumstances.

23. All prizes will be delivered to the confirmed winners within two (2) months from the date of confirmed winners’ announcement as per Clause 19 above.

24. Grand Prize travel voucher is redeemable for air ticket, hotel accommodation, tour and travel package which is to be booked through the assigned travel agency for the prescribed destination. The travel package is valid for one (1) year from date of issuance, and the confirmed winner must travel within the validity period of the travel package. There will be no time extension to the validity of the travel voucher. Any additional cost exceeding the travel package amount will be borne by the confirmed winner, and unutilized amount of the package is non-refundable.

25. Each confirmed winner shall provide accurate mobile number and/or email address at the time of purchasing the Travel Insurance Products (as per Clause 7). LGIB shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or claim resulting from the receipt or redemption of the prizes by a third party, in cases where the winner has failed to provide valid contact details or has shared such information with a third party.

26. LGIB does not in any way endorse, sanction, approve, or support the brand(s) or merchandise associated with the prizes. Any query and/or disputes regarding the use of the prizes must be directed to and resolved directly with the respective vendors.

27. Venue and time of the prize giving ceremony will be announced from time to time.

28. LGIB reserves the rights to postpone the predetermined venue and date of the prize giving ceremony to a later date, which shall be notified by LGIB to the confirmed winners in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

  

General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign

29. By participating in this campaign, the Participants will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as any additional terms and conditions stipulated by LGIB including LGIB’s decisions on all matters related thereto. (“Terms and Conditions”).

30. LGIB reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign at any time, without giving prior notice and without incurring any liability.

31. Any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension of this Campaign by LGIB shall not entitle the Participants to any form of compensation, and LGIB shall not be held liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) suffered or incurred by the Participants as a result of such cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.

32. LGIB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any confirmed winner or winners and/or withhold or revoke the prizes if the policy is found to have been cancelled prior to the disbursement of prizes.

33. LGIB’s determination on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

34. Where LGIB suspects that any of the Participants is committing and/or engaging in any form of unlawful and/or fraudulent activity for the purpose of participating in the Campaign, LGIB reserves the right to report such activity or suspicion to the police or relevant authorities.

35. LGIB advises the Participants to exercise reasonable caution when receiving phone calls and messages requesting personal information during and/or after the Campaign. Participants are encouraged to contact LGIB’s Customer Service directly for verification should they receive any suspicious communications related to the Campaign.

36. By participating in this Campaign, the Participants hereby gives consent for their personal data and/or information to be collected, processed, used, disclosed, and retained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) 2010. 38. The Terms and Conditions of the Campaign are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
