Many Colours of Malaysia Campaign
Terms and Conditions
1. Many Colours of Malaysia Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Liberty General Insurance Berhad (Registration No. 197801007153 (44191-P)) (“LGIB”).
2. The Customer shall read and understand these Terms and Conditions before participating.
Campaign Period
3. The Campaign shall run from 28 August 2025 to 30 September 2025 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise.
4. LGIB reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
5. The Campaign is open to all new and existing customers (“the Participants”) who purchase any of the eligible Motor Insurance Products as per Clause 8 below from LGIB or through any of LGIB’s authorised intermediaries including AmBank and UOB Bank branches or authorised dealerships.
6. This Campaign applies to new and/or renewal policies under Liberty, Kurnia and AmAssurance brands, provided that the Motor Insurance Products are underwritten by LGIB and the insurance premium of which is fully paid for the said policies during the Campaign Period.
7. Any policy issued after the expiry of the Campaign Period is not eligible for the entry.
8. The list of eligible products (“Motor Insurance Products”) are:

Participation on Facebook Campaign Post
9. Participants who have purchased and/or renewed any of the selected Motor Insurance Products during the Campaign Period are eligible to take part in this Campaign. To take part, the Participants must complete the following steps:

Step 1: Renew and/or purchase any of the selected Motor Insurance Products during the Campaign Period.
Step 2: Follow and Like the official Liberty Insurance Malaysia and Kurnia Insurans Facebook pages.
Step 3: On the dedicated Facebook campaign post, submit a photo in the comment section featuring your car with the colour elements of red, white, blue and yellow, in line with the “Many Colours of Malaysia” theme.
10. The photo may be taken from the interior of the vehicle or from an exterior angle. For privacy and security reasons, the car’s registration plate does not need to appear in the photo.
Weekly Consolation Prizes and Grand Prizes
11. The first thirty-one (31) eligible Facebook postings received on each campaign week (“Shortlisted Winners”) will be awarded the Campaign Week Consolation Prizes.
Campaign Week Consolation 1: 28 August – 4 September 2025;
Campaign Week Consolation 2: 5 September – 12 September 2025;
Campaign Week Consolation 3: 13 September – 20 September 2025; and
Campaign Week Consolation 4: 21 September – 30 September 2025.
12. The top three (3) creative postings with the highest number of likes at the end of the Campaign Period will be awarded as Grand Prize Winners. The Grand Prizes winners’ selection will take place after the conclusion of the Campaign Period.
13. Shortlisted Winners will receive a direct message from Liberty Quality Assurance and Training team via the Facebook contact information provided during the campaign submission, for verification purposes.
14. LGIB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant whose photo submission:
- Does not comply with the campaign theme or submission requirements; or
- Contains offensive, obscene, unlawful or inappropriate content, including but not limited to political or religious elements.
15. Disqualified entries will not be considered for prize selection. LGIB shall not be obliged to provide any explanation, justification, or notification regarding the disqualification.
16. The confirmed winners will be announced and published on the official Liberty Insurance Malaysia and Kurnia Insurans Facebook pages.

18. LGIB reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value.
19. All prizes will be delivered to the confirmed winners within two (2) months from the date of confirmed winners’ announcement as per Clause 11 and Clause 12 above.
20. Each confirmed winner shall provide accurate mobile phone number and/or email address at the time of purchasing the Motor Insurance Products (as per Clause 8). LGIB shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or claim resulting from the receipt or redemption of the prizes by a third party, in cases where the winner has failed to provide valid contact details or has shared such information with a third party.
21. The Campaign Week Consolation Prize (“e-Vouchers”) will be delivered to the confirmed winners via WhatsApp message or email address registered with LGIB during the purchase of Motor Insurance Products.
22. LGIB shall not be responsible for the activation of the e-Vouchers once it has been delivered to the confirmed winners.
23. The confirmed winners are responsible to redeem the e-Vouchers within the prescribed validity period of the e-Vouchers.
24. The prizes are non-transferable to any other party or parties and is not exchangeable for other prizes, cash, or reward of similar value or any other alternatives under any circumstances.
25. LGIB does not in any way endorse, sanction, approve, or support the brand(s) or merchandise associated with the prizes. Any query and/or disputes regarding the use of the prizes must be directed to and resolved directly with the respective vendors.
26. Venue and time of the prize giving ceremony will be announced from time to time.
27. LGIB reserves the rights to postpone the predetermined venue and date of the prize giving ceremony to a later date, which shall be notified by LGIB to the confirmed winners in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
28. By participating in this campaign, the Participants will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as any additional terms and conditions stipulated by LGIB including LGIB’s decisions on all matters related thereto. (“Terms and Conditions”).
29. LGIB reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign at any time, without giving prior notice and without incurring any liability.
30. Any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension of this Campaign by LGIB shall not entitle the Participants to any form of compensation, and LGIB shall not be held liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) suffered or incurred by the Participants as a result of such cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.
31. LGIB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any confirmed winner or winners and/or withhold or revoke the prizes if the policy is found to have been cancelled prior to the disbursement of prizes.
32. LGIB’s determination on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
33. Where LGIB suspects that any of the Participants is committing and/or engaging in any form of unlawful and/or fraudulent activity for the purpose of participating in the Campaign, LGIB reserves the right to report such activity or suspicion to the police or relevant authorities.
34. LGIB advises the Participants to exercise reasonable caution when receiving phone calls and messages requesting personal information during and/or after the Campaign. Participants are encouraged to contact LGIB’s Customer Service directly for verification should they receive any suspicious communications related to the Campaign.
35. By participating in this Campaign, the Participants hereby gives consent for their personal data and/or information to be collected, processed, used, disclosed, and retained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) 2010. 37. These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
