[COVID-19] Update on Branches' Operating Hours during MCO 3.0

Following recent announcements from the government, a total nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO) is currently in effect starting 1 June 2021. For the safety and wellbeing of our employees, agents and customers, we will continue to implement strict precautionary measures in our premises according to the Standard Operating Procedures issued by relevant Authorities.

Kindly take note that there will be adjustments to operating hours for our branches and counters across Malaysia.

Standard Operating Procedures

The personal health and safety of our customers, employees and those around us is our number one priority. Visitors are requested to adhere strictly to the procedures below in order to create a safe environment in our premises. Visitors who refuse to comply with the Ministry of Health's guidelines and our Standard Operating Procedures will not be allowed into the premises.

Over-the-Counter Transactions

  • Cashless transactions are highly encouraged to minimise physical contact.
  • We encourage our customers to perform transactions using our digital channels whenever possible to promote social distancing.

Social Distancing

  • All visitors will need to maintain a distance of at least 1 metre at all times. Please follow the markings for reference.
  • In order to enforce social distancing, number of visitors inside will be limited depending on size of the premise.

Health and Safety

  • It is compulsory for all visitors to wear a mask at all times. Please sanitise your hands upon entering and when leaving the premise.
  • You will need to undergo temperature screening before entering the premise.
  • Visitors with high temperatures or displaying COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter and are encouraged to seek medical advice.

Contact Tracing

  • All visitors are required to scan the MySejahtera QR code or write down their contact details upon entering for efficient contact tracing.
  • Only visitors with a "Low Risk" status will be allowed entry.
