About this product

This policy is designed to indemnify the Insured against all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable in respect of legal liability caused by or through the negligence of the Insured or his employees for:

• Accidental bodily injury to third parties (excluding employees or family members).
• Accidental loss of or accidental damage to property of third party happening during the Period of Insurance and caused in the course of the business within the territorial limits.
• Legal charges and expenses incurred with the written consent of the Insurer.
