Terms and Conditions

Customer Campaign

  1. Kami Pasti OK! (“Campaign”) is organised by AmGeneral Insurance Berhad (“AmGeneral”).

  1. The Campaign shall commence from 8 July 2020 to 7 October 2020, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”). AmGeneral reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time.

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible, new and renewal policyholders would have to:

    1. Purchase a Motorcycle365 Comprehensive Plus (“insurance”) product from 8 July 2020 to 7 October 2020.
    2. Complete a slogan “Kami Pasti OK kerana…” and send the SMS to AmGeneral at 66300. Standard SMS rates will apply and shall be borne by the participants.
    3. Submission of slogan must be within the campaign period up to 11:59pm on 7 October 2020 in the following format:

Type “AKUOK” <space> “NRIC/Passport Number” <space> “Kami Pasti OK kerana…” (in not more than 15 words)

    1. The Campaign is open to all customers who purchase Motorcycle365 Comprehensive Plus Policies from AmGeneral or through any of AmGeneral authorised intermediaries.
    2. The purchase must be made during the Campaign Period.
    3. The application and payment of the insurance premium must be accepted by AmGeneral during the Campaign Period.
    4. Corporate registered vehicles, AmGeneral employees, Agents and their family members are excluded from this Campaign.
    5. In the event that any of the Winners selected are not our customer at the time of selection, another winner will be selected.

Winners’ selection

  1. There will be weekly selection of winners based on the entries received for thirteen (13) consecutive weeks and an overall Grand prize selection at the end of the 3-month Campaign Period.

  1. For the weekly selection, there has to be a minimum of 500 entries per week in order for there to be a draw. Should there be insufficient number of entries in the week, the entries received will be rolled over and pooled for the draw in the subsequent week.

  1. The Grand prize draw will take place on 16 October 2020, and will be announced on 20 October 2020.

  1. All prizes will be delivered to the winners within one (1) month of the winners’ announcement date.

  1. Winners are selected based on a lucky draw basis and the best, most creative slogan for the weekly and grand prize selection.

  1. The selected winners will be contacted by our Contact Centre’s Service Academy and Admin team to confirm identity and delivery method.

  1. The Winners will be announced on the Kurnia Insurans Facebook page on the winners’ announcement date.

  1. For the Grand Prize, eligible participants stand a chance to win 1 x Yamaha Y15ZR worth RM10,500.

  1. Choice of colour of the Prize is subject to availability.  Future maintenance of the Prize must be borne by the winner. AmGeneral takes no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs and/or modifications made to the Prize from the date and time of collection.
  2. Prizes awarded to the selected participants cannot be exchanged for any other prizes given out during the Campaign Period, or be transferred to another customer.

Other General Conditions

  1. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have provided accurate information and contact details to receive the prizes.

  1. AmGeneral reserves the right to vary the prizes as well as the terms and conditions of this Campaign without any prior notice. AmGeneral may withdraw or discontinue the Campaign at any time without giving prior notice and without incurring any liability.

  1. AmGeneral’s determination of all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive and in the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
