Made-For-U Reward Campaign

Terms and Conditions


  1. Made-For-U Rewards (“Campaign”) is organised by AmGeneral Insurance Berhad (“AmGeneral”).

  1. The Campaign shall commence from 1 June 2020 to 30 June 2020, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).


  1. You will be eligible to receive vouchers provided the criteria below are fulfilled:

    1. You purchase an auto365 Comprehensive Premier, auto365 Comprehensive Plus, Motorcycle Comprehensive, Commercial Vehicle Comprehensive ‘A’ Permit or Commercial Vehicle Comprehensive ‘C’ Permit Insurance
    2. Vouchers for Commercial Vehicle Comprehensive ‘A’ Permit and Commercial Vehicle Comprehensive ‘C’ Permit will only be distributed for the prime mover policy only
    3. The purchase of insurance can be made directly via AmGeneral or through any of AmGeneral authorised intermediaries
    4. The purchase must be made during the campaign period, that is from 1 June 2020 to 30 June 2020 (inclusive of both dates)
    5. The application and payment of the insurance premium must be accepted by AmGeneral during the campaign period


  1. Each customer eligible for the vouchers will receive a set of vouchers as illustrated in the flyer below:-

  2. The vouchers will be delivered to the customers eligible for the vouchers in the form of SMS or to their Email address registered with AmGeneral during the purchase of insurance products. You will receive the vouchers within 10 working days of purchase, subject to verification of customer information received.

  1. The customer is responsible to ensure that they have provided accurate information of their mobile phone number and/ or email address to receive the voucher.

  1. AmGeneral reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this Campaign without any prior notice. AmGeneral may withdraw or discontinue the Campaign at any time without giving prior notice and without incurring any liability.

  1. AmGeneral’s determination of all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive and in the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

  1. For valid purchases between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2020 (both dates inclusive), the shopping vouchers disbursed will be Touch ’n Go Credit, and the petrol vouchers will be Shell Petrol vouchers, subject to availability and discretion by AmGeneral.

  1. Voucher validity as below:
    1. Touch ’n Go credit to be utilised approximately within one (1) year of receiving the voucher
    2. Shell voucher expiry dates are displayed in the link provided to the customer

  1. Should the vouchers fail to reach eligible customers within the stipulated timeline, kindly contact our Customer Centre @ 1800-88-6333 for AmAssurance or 1800-88-3833 for Kurnia.
